We’ve done it! Our milestone moment of 10,000 viewer feedback surveys has been reached and the results are in!

It’s been three years since our launch and in that time, our interactive videos have been viewed more than 300,000 times by adviser’s client’s and scheme members. The feedback of our users is immensely important to us. It’s what drives us forward to continually improve our technology for the benefit of consumers and advisers alike. It means that we can deliver our interactive video box sets on our broadest range of financial topics to date in the most engaging and useful ways. Our heartfelt thanks goes to each and every one of our viewers that took the time to complete the survey.

The crunch...

We know that technology has a huge role to play in the financial advice process, now more than ever. We’re therefore very proud to have won multiple awards including the ‘Open Innovation Award’ at the Investment Marketing and Innovation Awards and ‘Best Technology Provider’ at the Professional Adviser Awards.

However, what matters to us most is the experience of our viewers. The consumers that our financial advice clients trust us to engage with and educate.

As we compiled the results of our full 10,000 surveys, we awaited the outcomes with a nervous excitement. As the results came in, we were overjoyed to have found that of 10,000 responses:

95% say the Money Alive experience was a valuable addition to their advice process
93% said they were now more informed on the subject they had viewed
98% valued being given access to the Money Alive Platform.

Needless to say, consistently receiving a viewer feedback score of 9/10 over the course of three years certainly puts a smile on our faces!

We won’t be resting on our laurels though, as our Product team work hard to implement innovative new features, improved functionality and take on board wider feedback. We’re confident that our commitment to continuous improvement has helped us maintain our score and will help us build further on recent upgrades such as:

  • Creating downloadable take-away documents
  • Replacing the need for passwords by introducing a 4 digit pass-code login process and adding support for SMS (text message) authentication
  • Increasing the support for more mobile devices (now have 99%+ coverage)
  • Creating the industry’s first adaptive video player to maximise accessibility
  • Changing our animation style and using less free hand camera shots in our content
